  • Kelly Nackos

    Kelly Nackos | Chief Executive Officer

    Kelly has been in the healthcare staffing and recruiting sector for over 27 years and is a tenured industry leader. He launched AHS in 2009 to help meet the burgeoning demand for healthcare staffing services by Advanced Practice Professionals. Kelly remains on the front lines mentoring his team to ensure that our laser-like approach to meeting client expectations remains our primary goal. Kelly truly has a passion for the staffing industry and enjoys being involved in all aspects. Kelly also serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for our sister company, SUMO Staffing. Outside the office, Kelly enjoys being in the outdoors, whether he’s on the golf course, camping, traveling or spending time with his three grandchildren.


  • Jeff Parker

    Jeff Parker | Chief Strategy Officer

    Jeff Parker has been in healthcare staffing for 20 years. He started out working the books for a large staffing organization and held many different positions with them before launching SUMO, a sister company of AHS, in 2007. Jeff also helped launch AHS and serves as CSO. Jeff is constantly looking at the lives our providers touch and he finds joy in knowing that we are making a difference. Jeff is passionate about this industry and is constantly looking at ways to improve our business. When Jeff is not working he enjoys spending time with his family in the Wasatch Mountains. Whether hiking, biking, or skiing, being in the outdoors is where he feels most at home.


  • Boyd Waters

    Boyd Waters | Chief Operations Officer

    Boyd has been in the Healthcare Staffing Industry for over 13 years. He helped launch Allied Health Search in 2009 along with Kelly Nackos and Jeff Parker. In addition to his COO role with AHS, Boyd also manages the daily operations for SUMO, our sister company, along with leading their Government team. He also continues to maintain and manage a few select clients and physicians that he has worked with for several years to stay close to the everyday aspects of the business. Boyd is married and has 3 children who he loves to spend time with when he’s not at work. He also loves both watching and playing sports, traveling to new locations, and being outdoors.


  • Kevin Anderson

    Kevin Anderson | Chief Finance Officer

    Kevin has 8 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and his MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Westminster College. In addition to his CFO role, he handles several key accounts for our biggest clients and enjoys the relationships that are built while fulfilling client’s needs. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, sports, and spending time with his wife and young son. He loves to go camping, hiking and most other outdoor activities with his family.


  • Sandee McNaughton

    Sandee McNaughton | Director of Recruitment

    Sandee is a Utah Native and has been in the healthcare staffing industry since 1993. For over 22 years, Sandee has been working with healthcare practitioners from all over the US helping them to find their desired locum tenens or permanent positions. Sandee’s experience is a very valuable asset to Allied Health Search. When away from work Sandee enjoys being outside golfing, boating, hiking and spending time with her three children. She loves to travel to new places, she finds working one-on-one with people is a passion and is glad to be able to do it for a living.


  • Christine Montgomery

    Christine Montgomery | Administrative Assistant

    Christine was born on the East Coast & grew up on the West Coast. She completed her education while raising 5 children. She has 9 years of healthcare background experience. Christine is very happy & enjoys working at Allied Health Search as an Administrative Assistant on locum tenens assignments. She loves spending time with her family swimming, barbequing, going sailing or just hanging out together. She also loves sports, especially basketball.


  • Sue Dennison

    Sue Dennison | Administrative Assistant

    Sue grew up in a small town in Massachusetts, but moved to Utah to attend LDS Business College after high school. She has over 30 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with 21 of those years in healthcare staffing. Sue is a master at handling all of the finer details of our locum tenens assignments and loves the camaraderie with the people she works with. She loves spending time with her family; especially her grandkids. She also likes to hike, and camp but her favorite vacations are cruises. She loves to experience new places and cultures all over the world.
